Last Updated: October 2025

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the website and services branded as Appside Lead Agency / Appside Leads (the “Platform”), owned and operated by Appside Technologies LTD, Company No. 516620085 (“Appside”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Platform, or by entering into a commercial relationship with Appside, you (“Client”, “Partner”, or “User”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

2. Nature of Services

Appside provides performance-based marketing, advertising, and lead generation solutions for financial services entities, including but not limited to debt relief, lending, credit repair, and insurance. Appside does not provide financial, lending, investment, or advisory services; we act solely as a marketing intermediary, facilitating the generation and delivery of consumer inquiries (“Leads”) to verified and authorized business partners (“Partners”).

3. Business Use and Eligibility

The Platform is intended exclusively for B2B use. By submitting a consultation or partnership request, you represent and warrant that (a) you are legally authorized to act on behalf of your business; (b) you are at least eighteen (18) years of age; and (c) all information you provide is truthful, accurate, and complete.

4. Commercial Relationships

All engagements are governed by a written agreement specifying pricing models (e.g., Pay-Per-Lead, Cost-Per-Acquisition, revenue-share), delivery methods, exclusivity, validation standards, KPIs, volumes, and other commercial terms. No verbal or informal communication shall constitute a binding agreement unless confirmed in writing by both parties.

5. Lead Generation & Delivery

Appside uses data-driven targeting and multi-layer validation (including TCPA-aligned consent flows). Upon transfer of a Lead to a Partner, the Partner assumes full responsibility for all subsequent communications, handling, storage, and regulatory compliance. Appside is not liable for Partner actions, representations, or outcomes.

6. Data Accuracy, Limitations & Disclaimers

While Appside endeavors to deliver accurate and verified Leads, we do not guarantee any particular conversion rate, approval outcome, or commercial result. Leads are provided “as is” and “as available”.

7. Compliance Obligations

Clients and Partners must comply with all applicable laws governing marketing, privacy, and communications, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, and applicable state or international privacy regulations. Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, marketing assets, and intellectual property on or related to the Platform are the exclusive property of Appside Technologies LTD. No right, title, or interest is transferred to the User.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Appside shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages (including lost profits or data). In all cases, Appside’s aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client to Appside within the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
